Welcome to Market Mirror. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Market Mirror mobile application, website at marketmirror.com, and all related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Market Mirror ("we," "our," or "us").

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are involved in fraudulent or illegal activity.
3. Description of Service
Market Mirror is a cryptocurrency market analytics and portfolio tracking application. The Service provides:
- Market Data: Real-time and historical cryptocurrency prices, charts, and market statistics sourced from third-party data providers.
- Whale Tracking: Monitoring and display of large cryptocurrency transactions and positions from publicly available blockchain and exchange data.
- Liquidation Maps: Visualization of leveraged position liquidation levels based on exchange data.
- Portfolio Tracking: Read-only display of cryptocurrency holdings for wallet addresses you provide, using publicly available blockchain data.
- Market Sentiment: Aggregated market sentiment indicators based on various data sources.
- Community Features: Social features including posts, comments, direct messages, and group chats.
- ETF Flow Data: Bitcoin ETF inflow and outflow tracking.
4. No Financial or Investment Advice
The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing contained in the Service should be construed as:
- Financial advice or investment advice
- Trading advice or recommendations
- An offer or solicitation to buy or sell any cryptocurrency, security, or financial instrument
- Tax, legal, or accounting advice
- A recommendation or endorsement of any particular cryptocurrency, project, exchange, or investment strategy
All data, analytics, sentiment indicators, whale tracking information, and other content displayed in the Service are for informational purposes only. You should always conduct your own research and consult with qualified professionals before making financial decisions.
Any reference to a specific cryptocurrency, token, or project within the Service does not constitute a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold that asset.
5. No Custody of Digital Assets
Market Mirror does not hold, custody, control, or manage any digital assets on your behalf. We do not:
- Store or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords
- Execute, process, or facilitate any cryptocurrency transactions
- Operate as a cryptocurrency exchange, broker, or dealer
- Provide wallet, escrow, or custodial services of any kind
- Transfer, send, or receive cryptocurrency on your behalf
The portfolio tracking feature reads publicly available blockchain data using wallet addresses you voluntarily provide. You retain sole custody and control of your digital assets at all times.
6. Risk Disclosure
By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. Prices can fluctuate dramatically in short periods. You may lose some or all of your investment.
- Data may be inaccurate or delayed. Market data, whale tracking information, liquidation levels, and other analytics are sourced from third-party providers and may contain errors, delays, or inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed.
- Past performance is not indicative of future results. Historical data, trends, and patterns do not guarantee future outcomes.
- Regulatory uncertainty exists. Cryptocurrency regulations vary by jurisdiction and are subject to change. It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
- Technical risks exist. Blockchain networks, exchanges, and third-party services may experience outages, security breaches, or other technical failures that could affect the accuracy or availability of data.
- You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. We are not responsible for any losses you may incur as a result of acting on information displayed in the Service.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or our systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers and networks connected to the Service.
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the Service without our written consent.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service.
- Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Manipulate or attempt to manipulate any data, analytics, or features of the Service.
- Use the Service to engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or other deceptive trading practices.
- Circumvent any rate limits, security measures, or access controls.
8. Community Guidelines
Our community features (posts, comments, DMs, group chats) are subject to the following rules:
- No financial advice: Do not present personal opinions as professional financial advice. Clearly label personal opinions as such.
- No scams or fraud: Do not promote fraudulent schemes, phishing attempts, pump-and-dump schemes, or any deceptive activities.
- No harassment: Do not harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users.
- No hate speech: Do not post content that promotes hatred or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
- No spam: Do not post repetitive, irrelevant, or unsolicited promotional content.
- No NSFW content: Do not post sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise offensive material.
- No doxxing: Do not share personal or private information about others without their consent.
- No impersonation: Do not impersonate other users, public figures, or organizations.
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or ban accounts that violate these guidelines at our sole discretion.
9. User-Generated Content
By posting content through the Service, you grant Market Mirror a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Service. You retain ownership of your content but are responsible for ensuring it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee any user-generated content. User-generated content represents the views of its author only, not of Market Mirror.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by Market Mirror and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used without our prior written consent.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.
11. Subscriptions & Payments
Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. If you purchase a subscription:
- Payment is processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, subject to their respective terms and conditions.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings.
- Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app store.
- We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with advance notice.
- Features included in each subscription tier may change over time.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
13. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
- The data, analytics, or information provided will be accurate, complete, or current.
- Any errors in the Service will be corrected.
- The Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
- Any results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MARKET MIRROR AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
- Any financial losses resulting from cryptocurrency trades or investments made based on information displayed in the Service.
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
- Any third-party conduct or content on the Service.
- Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in data or analytics provided by the Service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Market Mirror and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or any content you post through the Service.
16. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Salt Lake City, Utah.
You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Market Mirror.
17. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
18. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Market Mirror regarding the Service.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
- Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
- Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, or blockchain network failures.
- Third-Party Services: The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services.
